We accept a wide range of insurance plans, including:

As a courtesy, we’ll file your claims directly and track them on your behalf. Most insurance providers respond within four to six weeks.
Please keep in mind that while we’ll work closely with your insurance company, you are ultimately responsible for the fees charged by our office and for any balance not covered by your plan.
Payment Options
We want to make covering your care as simple as possible. For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

- Cash or Check
- Credit Card – We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- **CareCredit® – A healthcare credit card that allows you to pay for treatments over time with flexible financing options.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
*Financing is subject to approval based on factors including, but not limited to, creditworthiness, identity verification, state of residence, your prior history with the products offered through Sunbit, and merchant location.
